The Launching Your Career (LYC) Symposium is a free, campus-wide professional development and networking symposium specifically targeted to women in STEM. Through a series of presentations, interactive workshops, panels, and networking events featuring successful women STEM professionals, LYC provides students the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary to successfully launch their STEM careers. The 2024 Launching Your Career Symposium took place in person on February 8-9th, 2024. The 2025 Launching Your Career Symposium is tentatively set for January 31st, 2025.
