The Launching Your Career (LYC) Symposium is the only campus-wide professional development and networking symposium specifically designed for women in STEM. This annual event attracts hundreds of students and early career professionals for two days of professional development opportunities. Through a series of presentations, interactive workshops, panels, and networking events featuring successful women STEM professionals, LYC provides students the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary to successfully launch their STEM careers.
