Launching Your Career Mentorship ProgramEach year, we pair 100 female STEM students with STEM professionals through our one-on-one mentorship program.  Mentors and mentees are provided with training on how to maximize the impact of their relationship and a structured curriculum to facilitate meaningful relationship building and knowledge sharing. Applications for mentors and mentees open each year in August and the program starts in September.

Launching Your Career SymposiumEach year, we work with women in STEM groups from across campus and industry partners to host a day-long professional development and networking symposium for women in STEM from across campus. Join us for a day of inspiration and skills-building with other women in STEM!

Monthly Women in STEM Check-ins: During the academic year, WISE hosts monthly meetings for women in STEM to come together to learn about volunteer and professional development opportunities and build a community of support with other women and allies across campus. Dates, times, and locations of the check-ins are circulated on our email listserv and our instagram page.

Support Outreach: University of Arizona students can support outreach programs aimed at supporting the development of more diverse and inclusive STEM communities through either our for-credit internship program with The Bio/Diversity Project or as a volunteer facilitator with our Girls Who Code Club.
