Research shows that engaging girls early to pique their interest and develop positive science identities, motivation, and self-efficacy is critical for diversifying STEM along the educational pipeline and into the workforce.  WISE collaborates with campus and community partners to offer outreach programs focused on increasing interest and diversity in engineering, computer science and technology, and environmental and earth sciences.
